Dwight was born and raised in Illinois and graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri in 1976 with a music ministry degree. He has been in full time music ministry for over 40 years for churches all over the country. He currently lives in Decatur, Illinois.
Dwight has been married to his wife Patti for over 40 years and they have two sons, Gary and Richard, who are both married and lead worship full time at Orchard Church in Denver, Colorado.
His desire is to love God, love people and inspire others to see God through his ministry.
